Training Program

Training Program is a program to help crew possess certain skillset in technical side. While crew are in this program, any quest that crew assigned to has higher priority and the current training can be put on pause.

There are 3 case where you able to join this program:

• By Aspiration, Crew that aspire to have certain skillset but currently in a quest, can apply to this program. Crew that applied to this program by aspiration will have access to training content but optional huddle and report progress.
• By Opportunity, Crew with floating status from quest will be assigned to this program with mandatory huddle and report progress.
• By Needs, Crew which have certain skillset requirement for his/her next quest will be assigned to this program with mandatory huddle and report progress.

Currently, there are 4 Technical Training Content available :

• Unity Basic Training : Crew with zero experience in Unity is recommended to take this course for familiarizing with Unity and creating some basic game.
• Unity Photon Basic Training : Learn how to make a multiplayer game using Unity and Photon in this course.
• Unity Modularity Training : Wondering how to design a modular architecture and applied MVC pattern in Unity? This course will help learn it using Unity and Agate MVC Framework.
• Netcore Basic Training : Learn how to make backend service using Netcore and Agate Backend Template.

Training Process

The process for applying Training Program will be as follow:

1. Crew contact Tech Coordinator - Gugum (agung.gumelar@agate.id) on Microsoft Teams
2. Crew request for Training Content with training type ( By Aspiration, By Needs, By Opportunity).
3. Crew will be given access to Training content and progress report document in Notion.
4. At the end of the Training, Crew training will be reviewed and marked as Passed/ not Passed.
5. If Crew passed the training, Crew will have related skillset approved and will affect your future quest placement. If not, Crew will be directed based on his/her training types.
