What is Grading System in Agate?
Crew Grade System is a system to measure crew experience and capability level in Agate. Each Grade in Agate is associated with a Rank and a Path. Each crew is expected to have his grade increased after certain years, to show that they have leveled up their capability as they gain more experience.
â What is my Grade? Where can I check?
You may find your Grade listed on your crew agreement, or you can find your role here and check the Grade: Crew Role. If the two sources conflicts, refer to your crew agreement as the default.
â What is a Rank?
Rank communicates the combination of your Grade and your Path. For example, if you're a crew at Grade 6 that took Specialist Path, your rank is Senior Specialist
â What is Path?
Career Path are routes a crew can follow throughout their career. You can learn more about Career Path here: Career Path Roadmap
