Role Competency

Instead of listing the competency for each role (which grow over time), the Role Competency are defined by Role Groups.

Role Group is a category of roles with similar skill requirement. Learn more about Role Group in Crew Role

Skill Weight

Before we can jump into the required competency for each Role Group, we need to understand that different role requires different competency. Two roles could have the same competency required, but with a different weight.
