Personal Development Plan is a Program to encourage Self-Growth. Each crew define their own Personal Goal and Action Plan.
How to Identify My Goal ? How to Translate Goal into Action Plan ?
PDP is a tool to help crew grow. It is entirely up to each crew how they want to use it to help themselves. However, we want to ensure that everyone have goal to achieve, which is why PDP Form is Mandatory to submit.
â How do I identify my goal?
You can identify your goal by doing SWOT Analysis, and translate them into Action Plan using SMART Framework.

Get PDP doc from this site and download PDP-CrewName.docx or open this document then don't forget to save it by download it as copy.
Go this link, there will be 2 documents inside the PDP folder:
Open PDP-CrewName.docx.
Save as with this format: PDP-Name-yyyymm.docx where yyyy is year and mm is month all in number.
Now, before working on the document, go back to the previous page, move your PDP document to your folder. You can move your document by simply drag and drop the file to the destination folder.
