What is my Role in Agate?
Technology Department is the biggest department in Agate in terms of crew amount, comprised by many roles to support it. Each role in Agate is associated with a Grade, a Rank, and a Path.

The Roles listed above can be derived into a more fine and useful definition, mainly to define what skills and competencies are needed for the role. You can also use this information to find out what skills are needed for you to advance in your career.
Role Group is a category of roles with similar skill requirement. For example, Intern Game Programmer, Rookie Game Programmer, Jr. Game Programmer, etc. is grouped into Game Programmer Role Group.

Role Group is used in Role Competency to define the competency expected from your role
Role Persona is a summarized version of roles based on their skill proficiency. For example, Intern Game Programmer and Intern Web Programmer is summarized into an Intern Programmer persona

Role Persona is used in Career Path Roadmap to determine if you meet the capability criteria to advance your career to the next level
