What should I do to get Promoted?
Grade Up Review is a process to review whether a Crew have fulfilled Grade Requirement and should be promoted to Higher Grade (see Crew Grade System). Grade Up Review is a follow-up process of Competency Review.
Crew is encouraged to consult with their Lead or Mentor before applying for Grade Up Review. When their mentor think they are ready to be promoted, crew can request Grade Up Review process to Technology Department.
There are 3 possible outcome from this process:

The process for Grade Up Review will be as follow:
<aside> đĄ If you apply Grade Up Review and there is no change from the late Annual Review and already passed Lead Review, please upload your Technical Competence Document in Grade Up Document Folder and go to step 3.

Crew do Self-Assessment first and fill out the Grade Up Document
Crew request Mentor / Lead / Peer (who have capacity to review) to Review crew's Self-Assessment.
Crew and Mentor/Lead assess whether crew have fulfilled Grade Requirement for promotion.
Check the score on the "Result" tab
If they do, Crew request Grade Up Review to Tech Department via this form: https://forms.office.com/r/Ai9Dt3PuA2
Tech Department will invite Crew and Mentor to attend Grade Up Review Session

Always record the meeting session. Anyone present in the session (can be Crew, Lead, or Department) to kindly remind each other. The purpose of the recording is for documentation and dispute resolution (if any).

Reviewer to fill in the Reviewer Name in the General Info
Crew will Present their assessment of Competency Review to Tech Department.
Mentor or Lead or Peer can help vouch for Crew Competence.
Tech Dept will ask question to Crew and Mentor to verify and Challenge their Assessment.
Tech Dept will decide whether Crew Promotion is Approved, Approved with Notes, or Rejected.
The decision will be submitted to Talent Dept for processing the SK Perubahan Role and Reward Adjustment
If it is approved, crew is promoted!
Grade Requirement is a list of Required Competency for a crew to be promoted to role with higher grade.
Crew can be promoted when they fulfill these condition:
<aside> đĄ Example : Crew in Grade 3 must pass all Grade Requirement for their role in Grade 3, and some Grade Requirement for role in Grade 4.

â So how do we determine if the crew passed the Grade Requirement for the Grade n?
The formula to follow:
Example: Junior Game Programmer (Grade 4) must have:
Experience Level is measured by assessing Topic Mastery Level in each Topic in that skill group. The table below shows Expected Mastery for each Grade and Topic Difficulty Level.
<aside> âšī¸ Important Note: Mastery Level 1-5 (Know, Understand, Implement, Analyze, and Optimize) need to be applied to All Topic to pass Grade Requirement. However, Mastery Level of 6 (Maximize, Extend, Invent) only need to be applied to One Topic to pass Grade Requirement.
