The Item Master configuration is a foundational component in a Warehouse Management System (WMS), serving as the central repository for all critical data related to inventory items. This configuration defines and maintains key attributes of each item, ensuring consistent handling, accurate tracking, and efficient operations across warehouse processes.

1. From the side menu bar, go to Master Data > Item Master, click on the “Add” button.

1. Fill in the required fields in the form.

• Select warehouse from the dropdown list.
• Select customer from the warehouse list.
• Enter an item number and a description for the item.
• Status is set to active by default.

1. Scroll to the end and click save.
