Pick/Put Rules define how items are retrieved (picked) from and stored (put) into specific warehouse locations. These operational rules are grouped into Rule Groups to standardize handling processes across different types of inventory.

Each Rule Group can consist of multiple predefined rules—such as location type preferences, picking strategies, putaway methods, or zone restrictions—configured from the Rules Management page. During Package Master creation, a relevant Pick/Put Rule Group is assigned to ensure the system consistently follows the intended operational logic for that package.

This setup ensures accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility in warehouse task automation.

How to view the Pick Put Rules?

  1. Go to Rules > Pick Put Rules from the side menu and click query.

  1. Next, click on the view button to view the details of this Rule Group.

  1. Then the details page will be displayed.
