User Management is the process of creating, updating, and maintaining user accounts within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). It allows administrators to assign roles, define permissions, and control access levels based on job responsibilities.

This ensures that every user—from warehouse workers to system administrators—has appropriate access to perform their tasks efficiently and securely.

Efficient user management promotes accountability, operational clarity, and system integrity across all warehouse functions.

How to Add New Users?

  1. Go to Administrator > User Manage page from the side menu, and click on the “Add” button.

  1. Then fill in the required fields labelled in orange colour.

  1. Click save.
  2. User created.
