I put it 3-5 years so I don't feel overwhelmed an think I gotta accomplish these things tomorrow.

1. Dreams I kept quite vague in terms of parameters - I personally don't put a timeline or due date on my dreams.
2. Goals these are measurable items this where you can start to be realistic about what you can achieve and by when
3. Mynd Tasks - these are the day to day items that move you closer to your goals. I try to keep these items as bite sized as possible.
