By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Verfolia immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Verfolia cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Single Account: You may only create and maintain one account for personal use as a job seeker.

3. User Content

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"), including your profile information, projects, skills, work history, videos, and any other materials you upload.
License to Verfolia: By submitting User Content, you grant Verfolia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Service and for Verfolia to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
Content Standards: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to submit any User Content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringes on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
- Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
Right to Remove Content: Verfolia reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Scraping, crawling, or otherwise collecting data from the Service without our express written permission.
Using automated systems (e.g., bots, spiders) to access or interact with the Service.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other malicious code.
Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
Misusing the analytics data provided by Verfolia (e.g., attempting to de-anonymize viewers without explicit consent beyond the username for locked content).

5. Intellectual Property

Verfolia's Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by Verfolia or its licensors. The Verfolia name, logo, and all related names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Verfolia.
Limited License to You: Subject to these Terms, Verfolia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use as a job seeker.

6. Disclaimers

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Verfolia disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Employment: Verfolia does not guarantee that using the Service will result in employment, job offers, or any specific career outcome.
Accuracy of Analytics: While we strive for accuracy, Verfolia does not warrant that the analytics data provided will be error-free or uninterrupted. Data insights are provided for informational purposes to empower your job search strategy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verfolia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Verfolia, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Verfolia may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms or your Verfolia account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through your settings.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
