Single Account Policy

Each user may maintain only one account for personal use as a job seeker.

3. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit, upload, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”), including profile details, work history, projects, skills, and media.

License to Verfolia

By submitting User Content, you grant Verfolia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that:

Is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Contains malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Is false, misleading, or fraudulent

Content Moderation

Verfolia reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, at its sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Disrupt or interfere with the Service’s functionality or security
Scrape, crawl, or extract data without prior written consent
Use bots or automated systems to access the Service
Impersonate any individual or entity
Upload or transmit harmful code or malware
Misuse analytics data, including attempts to de-anonymize users beyond permitted visibility

Verfolia Property

All content and materials forming part of the Service, excluding User Content, are owned by Verfolia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Verfolia’s name, branding, and logos are trademarks of Verfolia.

Limited License

Verfolia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind
Verfolia does not guarantee employment, job offers, or career outcomes
Analytics and insights are provided for informational purposes only and may not be error-free or uninterrupted

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verfolia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verfolia, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Verfolia may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service or deleting your account via account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

Verfolia may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect the enforceability of remaining terms
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Transparency Consent Document, constitute the complete agreement between you and Verfolia
