The I Quit template helps you dedicate yourself to making an effort which in turn rewards your brain to take the process of breaking a bad habit more seriously.

With this template, you can track cravings and mess-ups if they happen, and develop coping mechanisms for your bad habits.

Develop mindfulness too (experts especially recommend this). This is by becoming an inner detective by understanding deeply what's really happening to you, and re-evaluating it.

Afterward, play the long game by letting go of bad habits and replacing them with good ones until you get to a point where "fighting the urges" isn't a thing anymore.
