I’m Joshua Rafael Sanchez. I’m a Product Manager & Growth Analyst, with a UX research and marketing lens.

I studied Industrial Engineering and Operations Research with a minor in Data Science at UC Berkeley and graduated in 2020. (Go Bears!) For the past 5 years, I have hopped around from marketing to data analytics to user experience in fast-paced roles.

My interests lie at the intersection of user needs and product launching strategy. I took a gap year to explore user psychology and product development in Beijing, China. Under an interdisciplinary exchange, I have explored product development from multiple lens.

Raised in LA, studied in SF (UC Berkeley), and apprenticed in Seattle (Microsoft). I am West-Coast raised and currently West-Coast based. I am also a competitive swimmer and former swing dancing instructor. I used to be a Lindy Hop instructor for several years; I’ve also had a few Top-10 rankings in Masters swimming.
