Performing a Cycle Count Task refers to the process of physically verifying inventory quantities for specific items or locations as assigned in a cycle count. This task is typically carried out by warehouse personnel using mobile devices or printed instructions, and it plays a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy and identifying discrepancies.

  1. From the mobile (RF), go to Inventory Control > Count.

  1. Fill in the prompted fields.

  1. Click next.
  2. Scan the item number, enter quantity and confirm quantity.

The amount next to the Quantity label stands for the expected quantity.

  1. Click confirm.
  2. Cycle count task success message is displayed.

If there are remaining locations to perform cycle count task, RF will return to the page in step 2 with the same cycle count number and prompting user to scan the next location. Repeat Step 4 to Step 5.
