Experts, advocates, and people with experience inform each session to ensure participants understand the topics in depth.
Only a sample of members are needed for each participation activity. They are chosen using **stratified** random selection, which makes for representative results.
Member participation is managed by the Facilitator.
This includes meetings (online and in-person), surveys, and other engagement approaches.
The consistent use of idea rating allows for participation results to be recorded and aggregated into a member opinion database.
