- Other special surveys could be done as needed
- Some surveys would be considered binding referendums, and thus the highest authority of decision-making
- All results and raw data are published in the Member Opinion Database for easy reference
- Reporter analyzes results and publishes a summary of trends and insights
- Online participation can go beyond surveys to include discussion forums, media sharing, collaboration, etc.
