Get Started!

Creating a Wave is the process of grouping multiple outbound orders into a single batch (called a wave) for coordinated picking, packing, and shipping. This step is crucial in wave picking operations, allowing the warehouse to optimize resources and align fulfilment with carrier schedules and order priorities.

  1. Go to Outbound > Wave page.
  2. Click add.

  1. Fill in the required fields.

  1. Click save.
  2. Click on the add button at the Wave Details section to add orders to the wave.

  1. Then a dialog will be display for selecting orders. Click on Query to see valid orders to be selected.

  1. Click on the checkbox at the beginning of the row to select orders.

  1. Click add.
  2. Orders added to wave.

  1. Return to the Wave master table.

  1. Click on the Release button to release the wave for picking.
  2. Then assign a user for this picking task. You may refer to the Assign User Guide.
