Create Load refers to the process of organizing and grouping outbound shipments (cartons, pallets, or full orders) into a transport unit—such as a truck, container, or delivery vehicle—for dispatch. This step is critical for efficient transportation planning, ensuring that shipments are correctly assigned, loaded, and documented for delivery.

Go to Outbound > Load page.
Click add.

Fill in the required fields.

Select warehouse.
Select customer.
Enter load code.
Status is set to “New” by default.

Click save.
Add load details to load by clicking on the add button at the Load Details section.

Then a dialog will pop up. Click on Query to get all the orders available to add to load.

Select the orders to ship by clicking on the check box on the left of the order and then click add.
