This page explains how to use the Chat page to review conversations, filter the thread list, and reply in the Conversation Panel.
Layout overview
The Chat page has two main areas:
- Thread List (left)
- Browse and filter conversations.
- Open a conversation to view the full history.
- Conversation Panel (right)
- Read the full message history for the selected conversation.
- Reply and take actions based on the conversation status.
On the Chat page, the thread list appears on the left, and the conversation panel appears on the right.
