Nick was extremely fast to reply and we were on a call within 24 hours of my initial post. After a brief discussion about the issue I was facing, Nick clearly explained the solution that I was looking for. He gave me two options - either I could give him access and he could very quickly do it for me without charge, or he could walk me through the process so that I knew for next time. I now have an added skill... Big thumbs up - 10/10. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for Notion support.

Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He listens to what you want and meets you where you are. If you are limited in your understanding, then he can break the pieces down and shows no frustration at repeated questions. If you are more knowledgeable, then he can take you even further. His project management is great, keeping track of the changes he makes, as well as future tasks and requests. We recommend him highly to anyone who needs help setting up or improving their Notion system.
