Train & Test provides a dedicated space to test the chatbot widget and improve response quality through document training and feedback. Use the sections below to test, review results, and process training tickets in a clear workflow.

Training Panel Notification — Shows the current number of pending training tickets. Select it to open the Training Panel, where tickets can be reviewed and managed.

Important Note: Upload Business Knowledge before using Train & Test so the bot can answer accurately. Select Upload Business Knowledge to open the Business Knowledge section, then upload the documents. For more context and additional information, follow Business Knowledge.
Testing Area provides a space to test the bot and confirm performance before rolling out changes. It supports both the live widget preview and Streaming Mode, so conversations can run in real time while responses are checked for accuracy, usefulness, and consistency.

New Chat — Select to start a new chat session while training, so testing starts from a clean conversation without earlier messages or context.
