We’re really happy to have you joining us as a speaker at the health.tech | global summit. To keep things easy and stress-free, here’s a quick guide on what to expect and how we’ll support you along the way. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Basel and seeing you on stage, it’s going to be a great few days!

Before your session at the summit • Personalize your ticket once you receive it (this helps make check-in quick and smooth). • Add the summit dates to your calendar and check the speaker page or agenda to find your session details. • You’ll get a personalized prep email from your assigned project manager, who’ll be your main point of contact and happy to help with anything you need. • Please upload your presentation via the speaker portal by the shared deadline so our tech team can prepare. • Ahead of the event, we’ll schedule a prep meeting to walk through your session, align on expectations, and answer any questions you may have. • If you’re part of a panel, a dual keynote or a joint session, you will be introduced to the other speakers in this call, and we will walk through the flow of the session and answer any questions. • Our team is here for you the whole way, if something’s unclear or you need support, just reach out! At the summit • Once you’re at the venue, take a moment to find your stage or session area and get comfortable with the setup. • You’ll also have access to a Speaker Lounge, a relaxed space to prepare, recharge, and connect with other speakers. • If you have any questions on site, your Stage Manager will always be nearby and happy to help. • Don’t worry about tech or logistics, our team will be there to support you on site. • Your session is ready, the stage is yours!
