Product Scoring is our attempt to define and measure each aspect of Product Development. We define Quality Checklist of each aspect then we use it to evaluate our product.
Quality Checklist contains a list of Criteria we want to have in our Product. We give Score to our product based on how the Criteria in checklist have been fulfilled. 📈High Score means most checklist is fulfilled, and 📉Low Score means most checklist is not fulfilled
Some example of criteria:

Thus, we define different Priority to each criteria based on Impact and Relevancy to each product
The score of each criteria will be determined by its Priority and Status, with the following weights:
The overall score would be calculated using the following formula:
Score = Fulfilled Points / Expected Points
Product Scoring consisted of three parts:
Master Database contain checklist from all department. It allows department to update or modify checklist items from one place, then automatically update/synchronize the checklist across all products.

The Master Database document will have several excel sheets, explained below:
Lookup Sheet
This sheet contains the master lookup, such as PIC, Categories, Impact/Priority values and weight
Aspect Sheets
This is where the criteria of each aspect will live. For example, below is of Art aspect:
<aside> ℹ️ ID is the Identification for the criteria. The ID should have the following sequence: AA-BB-XX
AA → first two letters of the aspect (e.g. Product → PR)
BB → first two letters of category (e.g. Data → DA)
XX → number sequence
If the two letters are of the same (e.g. Design and Development, both DE), the latter will be using the first and the third letter (e.g. Design will be DE and Development will be DV)

Summary Dashboard for Department to have a birdview on all products. This Dashboard display only final score (summary) and is split by aspects
