Creating Initial Document

<aside> ✅ You can safely use both Excel Desktop App and Excel Browser to create the initial document

  1. Open this folder: Product Scoring

  2. Open the "(TEMPLATE) Product Name - Product Scoring v2"

  3. "Save As" the document on the same folder, with the following name rule:

    (TEMPLATE) Product Name - Product Scoring v2 - Copy.xslx

    ❗ It is important that you Save As instead of downloading/renaming/reupload the file

  4. Go to Data ribbon, click refresh all to makes sure it has the up-to-date criteria

  5. Save the document

Synchronize the criteria

<aside> ❗ You can only use the Excel Desktop App to synchronize the criteria from Master Database!

  1. Open this folder: Product Scoring

  2. Open the product document In App

    1. To do this, click the 3 dot menu on the file

    2. Click Open > Open in app

  3. Go to Data ribbon, click refresh all

  4. Authorize connection (This step only need to be done once)

    1. A pop up will ask you to authorize the connection. Click Organizational Account

    2. Click sign in

    3. Select your Agate account/add one with your Agate login

      Untitled

  5. Wait for the document to refresh from the master database. It may take a while

  6. Once done refreshing, don't forget to save the document

Filling in the document

It is rather straightforward to fill the scoring, as it follows a preset of criteria and dropdowns
