To ensure consistency in research documentation of the events, the following guidelines have been established:

What is the workshop format enabling? What works, and what doesn’t work?
At what discussion points/workshop sections does the conversation flow? When does it halt?
What creates energy, what dampens it?
What sort of conversations are taking place?
Why are people here, what are their motivations?
What’s the mood like? What’s in the room, but maybe not expressed?
How do people interact/collaborate with each other?
