Allows users to rate or respond to a group of items in a table format!

Hint : Useful for comparing multiple items across the same criteria.

Set the Order, Question, Question Description according to the topic.

Set the order to guide your respondents smoothly from one idea to the next - This helps create a natural, engaging survey flow.

In the**“Question”** field, type your main prompt.Keep it clear and concise, and make sure it aligns with your survey topic. Use the “Question Description” field to provide additional context, instructions, or clarity.

Mark the Question as Required (If Needed).

Enable the “Required” setting if participants must complete the matrix to move forward.

Add Rows, Columns & Optional Text Field.

Rows represent the items or statements to be rated or evaluated (e.g., App Design, Navigation, Performance).
Columns represent the scale or options (e.g., Very Unsatisfied, Unsatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied).
You can also enable an additional textbox for participants to add extra clarification, thoughts, or comments related to the matrix.

Select the Matrix Question Type.

After adding rows and columns, choose how participants will respond to each cell in the matrix. Crowdsnap offers several response formats:

Multi Choice (Checkbox) - Respondents can select multiple answers per row.

Single Choice (Radio) - Only one selection allowed per row across all columns.

Single Choice Single Answer Per Grid (Radio) - Best when each cell needs a distinct answer.

Text inputs - Allows participants to enter text responses into the grid, ideal for comments, notes, or short feedback.

Set Poll End Time , Add Label Tags and Hashtags (Optional) and Save Your Question.
