This section gives you a quick overview of how your survey is performing!

Views - Total number of times the survey link was clicked or opened.

Participants - Number of unique users who started answering the survey.

Completions - Number of participants who completed and submitted the survey.

Participant to Completion - The percentage of participants who completed the survey after starting it.

Click to Completion - The percentage of total survey viewers who completed the survey.

Geo Insights

To help you understand where your audience is coming from.

Country, Region & City Breakdown - See exactly which countries, regions, and cities your participants are from based on their IP or device location.

Load GPS Data

If the GPS option was enabled in General Settings, the system also captures live coordinates for participants, further enhancing your geo analysis.

By default, most questions display results as a Pie Chart , but you can easily switch between four different chart types to better suit your analysis.

Each chart comes with a Download button, allowing you to export the visual along with labels and values.

Filter by Completion Status

Want to see insights only from completions?

Just click the**“Filter Completion”** toggle to update the visuals and metrics accordingly.

Once enabled, all charts will reflect only the data from participants who fully completed the survey, giving you cleaner, decision-ready results.

The Metadata tab gives you behind the scenes insights into how participants accessed your survey, helping you ensure response integrity and understand device-level behavior.

Browser Details

Displays the browser type and version used by each participant.

Ex : Chrome, Firefox,..

Unique Browser Identifier

Each response includes a unique browser fingerprint, allowing Crowdsnap to detect and track multiple submissions from the same device or browser.


Customer Profiling

The Customer Profiling section offers deep, respondent-level insights ,allowing you to explore not just what was answered, but who answered what. It’s a powerful tool for analyzing individual behavior and patterns across your survey.

Campaign Comparison

Allows you to identify and analyze participants who took part in two different surveys, helping you track repeated engagement and compare response patterns over time.

By matching responses using a unique identifier, Crowdsnap reveals how the same individual responded across two surveys.

  1. Enter Survey IDs Input the Survey ID of both surveys you want to compare.

  2. Enter Unique Field IDs

Provide the Unique Field ID used in both surveys (e.g., Email, Phone Number, Employee ID) to match participants accurately.
