Annual general meeting

AW will organize an annual general assembly through a video call where every Angel is advised to participate.

The objective is to give an active voice to all Angels, regardless of their roles in the community, to discuss improvements or changes to the AW rules.

The assembly will be moderated and organized by the Promotor Team.

The general assembly can propose any changes or moderation of the community, including:

• Changes of any rules defined in AW rules.
• Propose new approaches or solutions to be implemented by AW.
• Request any clarifications from Promoters, Angel Fathers, or Angel Representatives.
• Present any relevant concerns, ideas, problems, or challenges.
• Promotors elections.

Annual event

AW will organize an annual event in which any Angel can participate.

This event will preferably be an in-person event in a public place.

There are no funds in AW reserved for events. Thus, they should be organized in a public space and keep expenses at a minimum for AW.

The goal of the event is:

• Incentivize Angels to get to know each other.
• Incentivize discussions between members about AW, invested startups, or their own personal projects.
• Above all, create community and friendships.
