Methodology
I applied Design Thinking principles:
- Empathize & Research — analyzed user behavior and created a Customer Journey Map (CJM)
- Define — identified key pain points (difficult lottery choice, inconvenient ticket purchase flow, lack of personalization)
- Ideate — generated feature ideas together with the team
- Prototype — built interactive prototypes for testing
