Team: Product Designer, Product Manager, Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA Engineer.
1. Project Goal
To build an MVP "back-office" that allows lottery operators to manage games, change website designs, and monitor security without needing to write code or call developers.
2. My Role & Teamwork
I worked in a cross-functional team where everyone had a specific impact on the design:
- PM & Me: We mapped out the user flows.
- Developers (FE/BE) & Me: We ensured the design was technically possible. For example, the Theming engine used CSS variables provided by Frontend.
- DevOps & Me: We designed a "Safe Publish" flow so managers could save drafts before pushing changes live.
- QA & Me: We created "Edge Case" designs. The QA engineer helped me identify what happens if a table has too much data or if a manager uploads a broken image.
3. Core Features (The Scheme)
Visual Theme Engine
- Design Solution: A settings page where managers edit brand colors (Backgrounds, Buttons, Accents).
- Result: The platform can change its look instantly for different partners.
Content Management (CMS)
- Homepage Builder: Drag-and-drop management for banners and lottery categories.
- FAQ & Rules: A simple editor to keep customer support info up to date.
Information Security
- Fraud Detection: I designed high-density tables for the Security team. They can see user IDs, bet amounts, and payout statuses at a glance to stop suspicious activity.
