This feature only works when you've correctly granted Lifeline permission to monitor your keyboard activity. You can do this in the Preferences > 🤖 Automation section.
The beauty of this feature is that you don't have to worry about manually launching and stopping your breaks. Lifeline will do so for you automatically whenever you leave your computer and go idle.
By default, Lifeline considers you idle after two minutes of inactivity. You can change this setting in Preferences > 🤖Automation.
If you do wish to launch a break manually, configure a keyboard shortcut in Preferences > ⌨️ Shortcuts.
