If you connect a calendar, Lifeline can start meetings for you from your calendar events. Meeting tracking is part of Pro.
Mark a calendar as a meeting calendar in Preferences > Calendars. When one of its events begins, Lifeline shows a pre-filled prompt to start the meeting, using the event's title. You confirm it with a click, so a meeting never starts silently.
You can also start a meeting any time from the menu-bar dropdown with "Launch meeting…", choosing a length of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, or with the meeting keyboard shortcut.
