“Clowns are creepy and weird. They try so hard to be funny that it’s embarrassing. But the fact that they care nothing else in the world than to be silly is something admirable.”

CONTENTS

History

Ageha suffered from an unspecified chronic illness which isolates her from a normal life. Often bedridden in the hospital, this resulted in her depression. She coped with this by shifting into lucid dreams to escape the cruel life that she was living.

When she overheard the doctors revealing that her condition had worsened and that she may end up in a sooner death, her insomnia developed and it prevented her from shifting and her depression evolved to suicidal tendencies.

To escape a harsh fate, Ageha drank an unhealthy amount of sleeping pills and ended up awakening in Wonderland at the time of her eventual death in the real world. There, she meets the Party Clowns and spends the rest of her new life with them.

Personality

Ageha comes off as anxious and awkward as she struggles with fitting into social norms and avoiding small talk. She also tends to find jokes boring, lacking enthusiasm in certain things. Nonetheless, Ageha possesses a clever and calculating demeanor. She is often teased and called a ‘nerd’ due to this behavior, which also proves that she’s quite smarter than others. Ageha’s eager pursuit of discovery can lead her to do reckless things which shows her unwavering determination to take action.

As a result of her lonely childhood, Ageha can be hostile. She dislikes being in a crowd and would almost faint due to intense stimulation. Ageha also struggles to express empathy but her actions prove that she cares. For example, when she accidentally makes a child cry, she immediately takes responsibility, like giving the child candy or snacks. When a conversation shifts to her interests, Ageha can be talkative. Overall, she is an honest, modest, and amiable person.

As the only odd one out of the Party Clowns, Ageha displays a calmer quality among the other members. However, she feels that she is just as similar to them and is understanding of their suffering. Ageha seems to handle the Clowns and their shenanigans very well unlike other characters. Sometimes, she gets anxiety attacks when a bad situation arises. During a mental breakdown, she would write down her thoughts and burn the papers afterwards, showing her tendency to panic very easily.

Appearance

Physical

Ageha has an unhealthy thin build (as a result of being malnourished) and has short messy dark red hair and tired pink eyes. She has freckles across her cheeks and visible eye bags due to insomnia. In the real world, Ageha’s true hair color and eye color were dark brown and she had an unhealthy pale complexion.

Fashion

Ageha wears a cute pink dress with white stockings, black Mary Jane shoes, and a big white ribbon tied to the back of her head. In casual times, Ageha usually wears oversized and baggy clothing, or whatever she deems comfortable to wear. She mostly just wears whatever protects her from cold temperature due to her frail body. Ageha dislikes wearing over-detailed clothing, skirts and heels.

Skills & Abilities

Fast Writer

Ageha used to pass time writing down her thoughts in her diary during her isolation in the hospital. Because of this, she developed the skill to write very quickly and can remember complex words, but also struggles to pronounce them. She has a habit of bringing a notebook and a pen wherever she goes. Ageha’s notebook is as convienient as a smart phone as it has once saved the Clowns’ lives from danger.

Detective-Level Memory and Intellect!

Despite never experiencing a daily school life, Ageha is exceptionally clever as she spent her entire childhood educating herself with books. At the same time, she also has a knack of analyzing fictional novels. She has the wits of a skilled detective and is familiar of Morse codes and the like. However, compared to Martin’s instant memorization skill, her memory capacity is only decent.

Relationships

Loki

They met after the Party Clowns surprise-attacked Ageha upon her arrival in Wonderland, leaving a negative impression on the latter, who was clearly afraid of clowns. Out of his proclaimed kindness, Loki gave the Party Clowns a whole new change which Ageha was very grateful for despite her remaining horror. Since then, they’ve developed a casual friendship. Loki is welcoming towards her and jokingly convinces her to be a clown much to her reluctance. He enjoys annoying her and butting into her businesses, much to Ageha’s irritation. Although Ageha is often annoyed by Loki’s hyperactive behavior, she acknowledges his selfless goals and sees him as someone worthy of idolizing. The two care for each other as they care for the Party Clowns and the Party Place.

Lottie

Despite Ageha’s intense fear of clowns, especially those with exaggerated appearances, she's capable of tolerating Lottie, who tends to wear such. The two are opposites and their interests are very different from one another; Lottie’s bubbly and talkative personality and her interests in fashion, and Ageha’s easily annoyed and reserved trait and her interests in books, yet they a closer relationship than with the other Clowns, as well as their emotional bond. Lottie is attached to Ageha as she is one of the few people who takes her seriously and Ageha feels less anxious whenever she has Lottie by her side. The two enjoy each other's company and would openly share each other's struggles without any need for permission to vent.

Kiel

Kiel's short temper caused Ageha to be avoidant of him, fearing that she might fuel his anger by doing something that might annoy him. She was initially annoyed by how Kiel overreacts over the slightest of things until she realizes that he only does that in a way to check in on others. On the other hand, Kiel first thought of Ageha as one of the many people who were afraid of him until they started to become close. Thanks to Loki’s optimism, Ageha and Kiel become casual friends. Although they struggle to communicate, they can understand one another. Ageha respects Kiel for his dedication and loyalty to the Party Clowns and Kiel respects Ageha for treating people equally and her rational mind. They treat each other like the siblings they never had, at least only in Ageha's case.

Six & Nine

When Ageha first discovered the VentriloTwins from a TV commercial, she was fascinated by their performances—until she discovered that they were the Clowns’ rivals and how badly they treated the Clowns in the past. Upon their first encounter, she was hostile and very defensive against them, in which the twins would insult her as ‘the Clowns’ dog’. After the twins apologized to the Clowns for their behavior, Ageha slowly forgave them when the relationship between the two groups softened. Since then, her relationship with the twins became casual.

Martin

Since their first meeting, Ageha has been very suspicious of Martin and doesn’t get easily fooled by his manipulative and convincing acting, which the latter is very impressed with, considering her young age. She knows that Martin has motives to harm the Clowns so she is defensive against him, but it is unclear to her of what he intends to do and she doesn’t have evidence as well. Meanwhile, Martin confirms that he indeed has motives but reminds Ageha that she has nothing to do with it, developing their rivalry. He would treat Ageha like a little kid, such as messing with her hair and giving her candy to make others think that they're on ‘very good terms’.

Amelia

They first met in the Haven Hotel when Ageha was pranked by Amelia in a ghost costume, which led Ageha to recall her first meeting with Loki and the Clowns as their encounters were very similar. Although it left quite an impression on Ageha, she never became afraid of Amelia, but instead was casual around her, seemingly have grown to get used to surprise attacks. Although the two barely interact, Ageha respects Amelia for her thoughtful and sweet personality as Amelia respects Ageha for her way of treating people with equality and respect. Amelia also sees Ageha as her cute little sister. On the other hand, Ageha considers Amelia as an older sister material despite her playful and childish attitude.
