The most effective way to motivate yourself and others is by setting a goal and working towards it. You can choose a fundraising goal or a participation goal - or both!

The important thing is to make sure your goal is realistic and then announce it at the start of your campaign - this will set the stage for giving and inspire your colleagues to work towards something to be proud of.
