1. Introduction

Welcome to Sakhee, an AI-powered teacher coaching app by Shikha Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our Android app (“Service”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all terms and policies of our platform partners and service providers.

If you do not agree, do not use this app.

2. Service Description

Sakhee enables teachers to record and upload classroom audio, receive AI-powered feedback, track progress, and access educational resources. The app works offline and online, stores data locally and in the cloud, and sends notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old or have appropriate school/administrator consent
• A teacher, educator, or school-authorized user in India

You may not use Sakhee for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Data Collection & Use

• Personal Data Collected: Name, phone number, email (Gmail/MS SSO), school, class/subject info, and classroom audio recordings.
• Audio Recordings: Are encrypted, processed by AI (OpenAI, Google Gemini), stored in Supabase, and may be retained for quality improvement.
