Instructions:

To request deletion of your Sakhee app account and all associated data, please email us at admin@shikha.ai or raghav.mulpuru@shikha.ai with the subject: Delete account and include the phone number or email which you used to sign up.

Alternatively you can also fill in this form

• All class data, audio recordings, profile, and feedback will be deleted permanently from our systems.
• Some data may be retained for legal or abuse-prevention reasons for up to 30 days, as required by law.
• We will process your request within 7 days and confirm via email or WhatsApp.

What data will be deleted:

• All user profile data
• All class records and recordings
• All feedback and reports

What data may be kept and why:

• Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (never linked to your identity)
• Data required by law or to prevent abuse, up to 30 days

Processing timeline:

• Requests will be processed within 7 days.
