1. Programme Overview

This programme is a high-impact hands-on training designed specifically for the Malaysian government sector. It helps participants move beyond basic awareness into practical and responsible use of AI for official work, internal productivity, citizen communication, workflow improvement and implementation planning.

The training is built around real public-sector scenarios such as official letters, meeting minutes, policy briefs, management reports, citizen FAQs, social media content, internal knowledge assistants and low-risk workflow automation.

Unlike generic AI awareness sessions, this programme is designed to produce immediate workplace outcomes. Participants will not only understand how AI works, but will also build usable outputs, apply government-safe prompting methods and leave with templates, workflows and a practical adoption roadmap.
