As a Notion business pro, I created a Notion template based on the PARA (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives) methodology developed by productivity expert Thiago Forte. This template will help you organize all the information in your life around actionable projects and goals. This is a methodology introduced for efficient use of the brain and project management, allowing you to maximize efficiency by flexibly changing the location of items as needed.
We have applied a UI that can be used on mobile and desktop, and you can intuitively monitor pending tasks, notes, projects, and resources. In addition, a board-type calendar for projects and a weekly calendar for tasks are set to be linked to the Notion calendar. The archive part has been databased to be reactivated, and all of these are templates fused with the Eisenhower Matrix method.
