— 3-4 payments: initial, ems + customs, doms. it will be stated in each respective post.
— once you claim a spot, no backouts unless you have a replacement. only join if you have a genuine interest in the go + can pay immediately or within the established deadlines.
— please follow me so you can be added to the go(s) respective groupchats. if you don’t respond or refuse to do so, your claims will be abandoned and **time-waster** rules will apply to you.
— batches not full will be sorted or cancelled. sometimes, claims that help complete a set will be prioritized. i may be willing to fill a spot myself to help secure a set but don’t count on it.
— don’t join if impatient, gos can take a long to fully complete, sometimes a few months.
— if needed, sorting will be done through a google form (pre-claim gc > time-stamps). i usually send the form in advance so you can look though it and prefill it if you want. any forms sent before i officially open the form for responses won’t count, they’ll be deleted. if i don’t receive a form from you at all, you’ll be placed last in sorting.
— i’ll provide proof, pictures, updates (when available) asap to my joiners and answer any questions you may have, just dm me. purchase proof is upon request.
— i’m not responsible for fakes, damages, misprints or conditions of items before they’re on hand with me. i try my best to only look for official goods and reputable stores/sellers but i can’t predict this. by joining, i’ll assume you accept this risk and trust me.
— i’m not responsible for lost or damaged mail, unless something happens while on hand.
— please let me know when your items arrive by posting an insta story, sending a picture in dms or leaving feedback (vinted) for proof. it only takes seconds & helps me a lot! ♡ ´-
— please make payments on time to avoid any trouble. staying informed on the status of your claims and being prepared to pay is your responsibility. life can be unpredictable, but it’s important and necessary that you keep me updated if something comes up!
— if you miss deadlines without an explanation and refuse to communicate with me, **time-waster rules will apply to you, without exceptions** (more or less severely depending on the situation).
if you fail to follow payment deadlines/instructions for:
→ **initials**: i won’t secure your items and your claim will be up for someone else to take.
→ **ems, customs**: a late fee will be applied for up to a few days after the deadline. if you miss that deadline, your items will be considered abandoned and put up for sale without refund.
→ **doms**: after you fill the shipping form and confirm your address with me, i'll ask for payment and you’ll have 10 days to send it. if you miss the deadline, your items will be considered abandoned without any refund.
