— packaging: sleeve, toploader + envelope/bubble mailer/box with bubble wrap if needed (differs depending on item type/supplies available).

— all shipping prices already include a small packaging fee.

— extra costs:

      → i can pack 3 pcs/toploader, **additional toploaders = +0.25€ each.**

      → for **non-letter/large items that require boxes** = **+0.50-1.50€.**

keep in mind that boxes can add ~100g to the package.

— i sometimes reuse packaging to avoid waste.

— i also usually add freebies (if you don’t want them, let me know).

— i always send address checks and a picture of your items before shipping and add a return address on mail.

— send-outs with post office shipping are slowest due to distance. for other shipping methods, i can usually ship within 1-3 days after payment received + address check.

— you are responsible for any fees or import duties that may apply in your country. if your items get returned to me, you’ll have to pay again for me resend. if you refuse, your items will be considered abandoned without any refund.

— i’m not responsible for lost or damaged mail. i can try to see if there’s anything i can do on my end, but in general, i am not responsible for anything that happens after i have sent out.

— please let me know when your items arrive by posting an insta story, sending a picture in dms or leaving feedback (vinted) for proof. it only takes seconds + helps me a lot! ♡ ´-

‼️ tracked non-eu shipping → 10-15+ photocards will have to be sent as a package, not letter.
