Automatically starts/ends parent tasks

This template automatically starts/ends parent tasks based on the states of the sub-tasks.
1. When a subtask is marked as "In progress":
1. Set the start time of that task to "now".
2. Extract the tasks in this table for which at least one subtask has been started but no start time has been set. Set the status of the extracted tasks to "In progress" and set the start time to "now".
2. When a subtask is marked as "Done":
1. Set the end time of that task to "now".
2. Extract the tasks in this table that do not have an end time set, but whose subtasks have all been completed. Set the status of the extracted tasks to "Done" and set the end time to "now".
