Currently Notion works best with one email address - it's easiest to join and create new workspaces with the email you originally used to set up your account.
If you have multiple accounts under different email addresses, or if it's not possible to be a Member of multiple workspaces with the same email address, you can try a temporary workaround (while we work on a more permanent solution 😉). You can have one account logged in the desktop app, and another logged in in the web browser. If you only use web, you can log in to a different account in an incognito window.
