• Script Privacy: All scripts pasted, typed, or imported into the App are stored locally on the device.
• No "Phone Home" Logic: The App does not transmit the contents of your scripts to Plation Inc. or any third party.
• Biometric/Personal Data: We do not collect or request any personal identification or biometric data.

2. Permissions and Usage

To provide professional teleprompter functionality, the App may request the following permissions:

• Local Storage/Files: Used only to import script files and save user settings.
• Display Settings: Used to prevent the device from sleeping and to manage "Mirror Mode" during active sessions.
• Camera (Optional): If the App features a "selfie-view," the video stream is processed in real-time on-device and is never recorded or uploaded by Plation Inc.

3. Third-Party Disclosures

• Zero Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties.
• No Advertising: The App is ad-free and does not include any marketing trackers.

4. Security

Data stored locally is protected by the standard security protocols of your device's operating system (iOS, iPadOS, or macOS). We recommend using device-level encryption and passcodes to secure your local scripts.

5. Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with global privacy standards, including the GDPR and CCPA, by ensuring that no personal data is collected or processed by the developer.
