Common Troubleshooting & FAQs

• How do I import a script?
  • You can paste text directly into the Script Editor or use the "Import" button to bring in .txt or .docx files from your device or iCloud.
• The text is moving too fast/slow. How do I change it?
  • Use the speed slider located on the main control panel. You can adjust this in real-time even while the prompter is running.
• How do I use Mirror Mode for a glass rig?
  • Go to Settings (gear icon) and toggle "Mirror Horizontal." This will flip the text so it appears correctly when reflected on a teleprompter glass.
• I don't see my script after closing the app.
  • Ensure you haven't cleared the app's local cache. Flow stores scripts locally on your device to protect your intellectual property.
