Procedure
- Create or Confirm a Reservation
- From Reservations, select Add party.
- Confirm party size and date/time. We target a maximum of 3-6 tables per 15‑minute interval to protect pacing.
- Search for existing guest by name or phone. If not found, continue to add new.
- Capture Complete Guest Details
- First and last name.
- Mobile number. Read back digits to verify.
- Notes: allergies, accessibility needs, seating preferences, high chair, celebrations.
- Manage expectations: we cannot guarantee specific tables, but we will do our best.
- Seat and Communicate
- Assign an appropriate table on the floor map based on party size and pacing.
- Mark seated. Ensure the server is notified in-app.
- If allergies or special handling are noted, alert Expo and the assigned server verbally and in the note.
- Turn and Clean
- When bussing is needed, use the table status to signal support.
- Flip table to clean then available promptly to maintain flow.
- Manage the Waitlist (Peak Times)
- Add walk‑ins with accurate quoted time and contact number for text updates.
- Re‑quote transparently if pace changes.
