This End-Guest License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Guest" or "you") and Ricardiam DAO LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of our WikiWe Learner Passes ("Product" or "Service"). WikiWe is a division of the Company unless and until organized as a separate entity according the ‣.
By using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Product.
LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial, research purposes within the WikiWe Data Pool defined as follows:

COMMENTS
By submitting comments, suggestions, feedback, goalposts, blockers, or any other content (collectively, "Comments") to the Company, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, delete, resolve, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Comments throughout the world in any media. You also grant the Company and its sublicensees the right to use the alias you display on your WikiWe Profiles Roster with any Comments, if they choose.
MUTUAL ENFORCEMENT
You, the Company, and any member of WikiWe that has consented to this or a materially equivalent agreement may enforce the terms hereof.
NON-DISCLOSURE
You agree that any pages marked as "CONFIDENTIAL" will be subject to the terms of WikiWe Confidants’ MNDA between you and the Company. In accordance with the MNDA, you agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential information shared through the Product, except as permitted by the MNDA or as required by law. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the Comments and that the submission of Comments does not violate the MNDA or any applicable laws.
DATA PROTECTION
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). WikiWe Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data. By using the Product, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our WikiWe Privacy Policy .
RESTRICTIONS
You shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer the Product; b. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Product; c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Product; d. Use the Product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Learner Passes Product is available on a monthly subscription basis, priced at $45 per month. By subscribing to the Product, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Your subscription will automatically renewed each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Wikido Help Desk Charter .
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Product within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a refund by contacting us at Wikido Help Desk Charter . This guarantee only applies to the initial subscription and does not cover any subsequent renewals or discounted passes.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or the Company. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Product and cancelling your subscription. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Product at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of this Agreement. In the event of termination by the Company, the Company shall provide a communication channel for resolution of any issues after termination. The license granted to the Company shall survive termination of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah IDR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
AMENDMENTS
We may amend this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the Product after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must cease using the Product.
