Schedule:
Monday (2 hrs):
- Iron accuracy & distance control (50–150 yds): 1 hr
- Pitching accuracy drill (30–60 yds): 1 hr
Wednesday (2 hrs):
- Physical training (increase core & rotational power): 1 hr
- Speed training drills (driver swing speed, monitor progress): 1 hr
Friday (2 hrs):
- Driver accuracy practice (fairway hits %): 1 hr
- Competitive putting drills (pressure scenarios): 1 hr
Sunday (4 hrs):
- 18-hole round focusing on course management and stat tracking.
Targets this week:
- Increase driver carry distance by 5 yards
- Fairways hit: >50%
