Monday (2 hrs):
- Short-game intensive (bunker & wedge distances): 1 hr
- Full-swing drills with alignment sticks for path correction: 1 hr
Wednesday (2 hrs):
- Gym workout (strength & endurance): 1 hr
- Mobility/stretching: 30 mins, Speed drills: 30 mins
Friday (2 hrs):
- Putting speed & break reading drills: 1 hr
- Chipping variety drills (rough, tight lies): 1 hr
Sunday (4 hrs):
- 9-hole on-course match practice: 2 hrs
- Review video of swings & practice corrective drills: 2 hrs
Targets this week:
- GIR (Greens in Regulation): >40%
- Reduce 3-putts per round (<3 per 18 holes)
