Monday (2 hrs):
- Swing mechanics (driver & mid-irons): alignment drills & tempo practice (1 hr)
- Putting distance control drills: lag putting from 20, 30, 40 ft (1 hr)
Wednesday (2 hrs):
- Strength & flexibility session (golf-specific stretching, core work): 1 hr
- Chipping accuracy practice: clock drill around the green (1 hr)
Friday (2 hrs):
- Video review lesson: address setup & grip adjustments (1 hr)
- Bunker practice: greenside bunker accuracy (1 hr)
Sunday (4 hrs):
- 9-hole practice round (2 hrs), focus: alignment and club selection.
- Short-game intensive practice (wedges, putting, chipping): 2 hrs
Targets this week:
- Improve short-game accuracy (70% within 5 feet for chips)
- 75%+ putts made inside 6 feet
