Monday (2 hrs):
- Full-swing practice with video analysis (driver, irons): 1 hr
- Short-game baseline (chipping & putting drills): 1 hr
Wednesday (2 hrs):
- Physical Conditioning (strength & mobility testing): 1 hr
- Putting (3-6 ft putts, record success %): 1 hr
Friday (2 hrs):
- Range session: wedges (50–100 yards), note average dispersion: 1 hr
- Bunker fundamentals & drills: 1 hr
Sunday (4 hrs):
- 18-hole baseline assessment round, keep stats (fairways, GIR, putts)
Drills:
- Clock Drill (Putting): Sink putts from 3, 6, and 9 ft around the hole (record % made)
- Chipping ladder drill: 5 balls each at 3 distances (5, 10, 15 yds)
Targets this week:
- Establish baseline driver distance, iron dispersion, and short-game accuracy.
